Life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes painful. I know what it feels like to navigate life's unexpected challenges and search for a way forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood while we work together toward meaningful change. I also offer EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward healing.
I don't believe people are broken. I believe many of us are carrying experiences, stories, and expectations that make it difficult to see ourselves clearly. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain, fear, and self-doubt.
I accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Ohio, and Providence Health Plan for Ohio clients through Headway, which manages insurance billing and benefit verification. I am also currently in the credentialing process with Medical Mutual of Ohio and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan, so benefits will be verified before beginning services. Private-pay sessions are also available.
Choosing therapy is an investment in yourself and your future. I currently operate as a private-pay practice and can provide a superbill for clients who would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan.

Good Faith Estimate:
If you don’t have health insurance or you plan to pay for health care bills yourself, generally, health
care providers and facilities must give you an estimate of expected charges when you schedule an
appointment for a health care item or service, or if you ask for an estimate. This is called a “good faith
estimate.” Rising From Within LLC ( Rising From Within Counseling ) will provide an annual good faith estimate to any client planning to pay for therapy without the use of insurance.
